Upon approval of the Committee, the initial lease offer shall be sent to the applicant for approval.
In case the applicant approved the offer, the application shall be forwarded to the Financial Department to recover lease charges for one year and extract survey drawing (Croquis).

In case the industrial city approved the application, the concerned party shall be notified of such approval by issuance of Business Practice Certificate, with payment of five Omani Riyals on annual basis. The Company may print the said certificate directly from the system, and we recommend to sign the same online.
